Shipping Policy:
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 3 business days of receipt.
Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.
2. Shipping Methods and Costs
We offer standard delivery within Pakistan for a flat rate of PKR 200.
Delivery time is typically 5-7 business days from the date of dispatch.
3. Payment Methods
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and bank transfers.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can use this number to track your package on the courier’s website.
5. Shipping Destinations
We currently only ship within Pakistan.
6. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate.
That Makeup is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect address information.
7. Delivery Attempts
The courier will attempt delivery twice.
If delivery is unsuccessful after two attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse.
8. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by contacting us via email.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
