 Claims must be submitted with photographic evidence within 24 hours of receiving the product.

 Replacements are subject to stock availability.

3. Proof of Purchase

 An original proof of purchase (order confirmation email) is required for all replacement requests as per policy.

 Approved replacement requests are typically processed within 7-10 business days.

5. Delivery Charges for Replacements

 If a replacement is approved, That Makeup will cover the shipping cost for the replacement item.
